(Virgo, 1981) "You won't believe this, but Nellie reminds me of my grandmother!" This is usually the reaction to this figure which was created without the aid of a photograph. It was a pose often seen in my youth. I was always to the side, with my own little pan pull of beans to be snapped or stringed. The pink slippers are for comfort as Nellie sites on the front porch.
